1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the FlowCase Industries website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Products and Services
FlowCase Industries manufactures and supplies water meter housings and related components. All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated
- Payment terms are net 30 days for approved accounts; otherwise payment is due upon order
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received
- Custom orders may require a deposit before manufacturing begins
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Warranty
Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or use
- Damage from accidents or external causes
- Products modified without our authorization
6. Limitation of Liability
FlowCase Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Returns and Refunds
Standard products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original, unused condition for a refund minus restocking fee. Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned unless defective. Contact us before returning any products.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, specifications, and documentation, is the property of FlowCase Industries and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Penang, Malaysia.
